Level 1 Service
Adds the perfect touch to any function for up to sixty guests. Great for office parties, birthdays, staff meetings, quarterly inventory etc...
Planning a morning meeting? Go one step farther for your staff or clients and order special pastries. Treat staff, clients and yourself to the entire experience while never having to leave the office.
Level One service includes your personal barista(server), coffee, cups, milk, syrups & condiments, and is based on unlimited drink service for your guest count.

Level 4 Service
Designed for the all day function up to 350 guests. International corporate conventions, sales meetings, seminars, etc... Your attendees will relish the ability to have their favorite espresso drink at their fingertips. Catering to their every need could only include espresso catering.
Level Four service includes your personal barista(server), coffee, cups, milk, syrups & condiments.

All the Details
Baristas: The barista is your espresso server. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly, your barista will arrive in a timely manner, will be dressed appropriately, and ready to serve your guests. We hire only well trained staff that carry all necessary health permits.

Coffee: Kybele Espresso Services uses only the freshest roast. We provide all the coffee, regular and decaf, to serve your guests.

Cups & Lids: Kybele Espresso Services provides all the 8 ounce cups with dome lids for your event. If you wish to use a porcelain cup (8-10 ounces only) please feel free to order these through your local party supplier and we will be happy to use these instead.

Milk: Your guests will have their choice of nonfat, 2%, or soy milk. Flavored

Syrups: All your favorite flavored syrups are offered. Vanilla, almond, irish cream, hazelnut, caramel, creme de menthe, raspberry and Hershey's Chocolate. Makes a mocha or hot chocolate just right.

Condiments
Besides the cups & lids the service you order provides your guests with sugar, sugar substitute, straws, beverage napkins & four drink sprinkles. All elegantly placed on cart and easily accessible to the guest.

Coffee Choices
Kybele Espresso Services uses only the finest espresso roast. Caffe' Darte fresh roasts an exclusive blend for us each week. If your taste in espresso demands a particular roast just let us know and we will do our best to grind the beans of your choice. (proper notice must be given when ordering your event) We provide all the coffee, regular and decaf, to service your event.

Payment Options
Payment for your event must be received on or before the date of your event. You will automatically receive a 1% discount for payment on or before the day of your event. We accept cash, check payments. The Fine Print If you are booking an event with short notice less than two weeks we recommend you phone us immediately to schedule your event and confirm availability. No catering orders are final until invoice has been fax returned to us with signature.

Cancellation policy
We hope this does not happen, but if you are forced to cancel an event with less than 14 days notice you will be billed a standard cancellation fee of $150.00. To order or get a quote from Espresso Elegance please provide the following information or print the fax form
